Sun damage protection

Protect and prevent with SPF dermatologist’s recommend an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen everyday for your face and your body. Have you had a look at your right arm recently or right ear they get sun exposure every day you are driving your car. Generally, we get sun exposure during our daily activities.  Do you protect your skin that is exposed?

Don’t forget to wear sun hats, long sleeves, try to stay in the shade when possible. During summer holidays we head to the beach that is our way of life, avoid that major run or bike ride between 10am and 2pm.
