All too often I hear, “I don’t know how to look after my skin” and “I‘m too busy with work and family to take time for myself”.

But guess what? It’s time to change that, so you feel good in your own skin every day.

All you need is 10 minutes a day total – 5 minutes in the morning and another 5 in the evening. That’s all it takes to give your skin (and self) some love and indulgence. And if you can add another 15 minutes once a week that’s like an extra mini-spa treatment for your skin.

If you’re wondering if it works, I’ve been using this same routine for years. I’m well into my 60’s and people tell me all the time I don’t look my age (winning!).
